Alex Wubbels, a nurse at University Hospital in Salt Lake City, was arrested after explaining to police that she couldn’t draw a blood sample from an unconscious person. A Salt Lake City police detective asked for a blood sample. After explaining to the detective that the police needed a warrant, consent from the unconscious patient or that the patient needed to be under arrest before the blood sample could be drawn, she was arrested.

  1. More big gubmit acting as if above the law. Same big gubmit that promotes antifa and BLM terrorist riots, by the way. Big gubmit first promotes a disorder, then uses a disorder as an excuse to take away more freedoms from the people. A classical evil mastermind plan.

  2. Here’s the other side of this heavily edited video:

    1) A huge and terrible traffic accident occurred. An accident that may have been fatal.

This officer wanted to make sure that if the trucker was under the influence, then he would be held accountable.

    2) Someone over the phone was clearly threatening the officer. “You’re making a huge mistake.” The officer responded to his authority – and the safety of those riding on the highway – that we’re being attacked.

    4) Had the hospital been apologetic, things would have turned out differently.
However, the officer did not respond with the proper restraint. He should have sought out a warrant right away.

    • Yes. And in the meantime this arrogant police officer put numerous people in the hospital emergency room in jeopardy. While he’s busy arresting this honest hospital employee and the fellow that came out to help her, they were not inside helping other patients. If he was too lazy to get a warranty BEFORE barging into an emergency room, then it’s HIS fault. We have rules and regulations/procedures that we must follow. Tax funded salary Police officers are NOT above the law.
These actions are signs of a Police State. Very unnerving.
