The idea that we can destroy the whole world as long as we have a financial gain or convenience is a Traif Republican concept.
The idea that we can ignore science and scientists about the effect of our actions is also a Traif Republican idea.
I can’t tell if you are being serious or sarcastic, but either way your last statement in itself is so self-contradictory that it is funny (or would be funny if not so sad). The actual halacha allows cutting down a fruit tree if the wood of the tree is more valuable than the fruit that it produces. But you should be asking how is it that the Democrat leadership in its entirety without exception prefer to murder innocent babies for the sake of “convenience”. And in terms of “scientists”, do you even know how to judge the relevance of any alleged scientific statement?
