Anonymous, you can’t be serious. 1.75 sq ft per person works in a small area, if there’s open space all around. You cannot pack a full 4 acres that way, how’s anyone supposed to get out if all around them for a full 4 acres it’s that crowded?!
The answer is to encourage people to come at other times during the day, which usually works when it’s not Friday. By the time Lag B’omer is on Friday again, they’ll need a better plan, but until then the congestion has been more bearable since it’s staggered throughout the night and day.
