Yesterday, Jonathan Pollard gave his first public speech at an Eretz Hakodesh event, where he was the guest of honor.
Attendees at the event included Rabbi Pesach Lerner and others.
Pollard spoke candidly, discussing various memories of his imprisonment in American jail.

Pollard should not be making public speeches or statements to the press. He, like others like him, should quietly enjoy the fact that they are free, and not try to drag the rest of Klal Yisroel into trying to justify the actions that put them into prison.

Is Mr. Pollard aware that ALL the Gedolei Yisroel were in total agreement with the Divrei Yoel up until the the forming of the State was a foregone conclusion and that at that point, and only at that point, did different hashkafos appear?
