Cement is expensive. Should have used cement on the Israeli side only, and set up explosives on the Lebanese side. Would have served as a deterrent when half a village would sink in. Villagers would have never cooperated with Hezbollah again. Dumb Judenrat never ends a problem, they just “manage” it.
