Looks like a neighborhood in Manhattan!
Where is Peta and Greenpeace when you need them?
I have seen monkeys (not apes) that smoke in india. They are packs of animals that live in the cities, sort of like stray dogs, they are very used to humans, and they not only smoke and drink from cans after having opened said cans, they also harass humans because they want to be given food, drinks, and cigarettes. Actually due to local beliefs, there are people who buy food from street vendors and give to the monkeys. It’s wierd, but as our leftist friends remark all the time, we live in a very diverse world indeed 🙂
