
As parts of New York state are beginning to reopen, Governor Andrew Cuomo said Monday he is encouraging sports teams to look into reopening without fans. “Personal disclosure, I want to watch the Buffalo Bills, but I’m still objective, I’m acting as governor,” Cuomo said. Watch his remarks.
