A new video made public today shows the shootout that ensued between police officers and the driver of the truck who mowed down hundreds of people at a crowded popular tourist area in Nice, France. In the video, obtained by the Associated Press, officers approach the vehicle and begin firing, eventually killing the driver while he was still sitting in the cab. At least 84 people have been killed in the attack at the Promenade des Anglais.
