The meaning of “to date” should be self evident – that the investigation continues. But even more important is the complete omission of what Barr explained that (contrary to the Democrat’s pushing their way into matters that belong to the state):
> “a remedy for those complaints would be a top-down audit conducted by state or local officials, not the U.S. Justice Department”
So Barr admits there a problem of fraud, but that only a limited domain of fraud is under the jurisdiction of the FBI while the majority belongs to states. That is, of course, in contrast to the Democrats who spin anything they don’t like into a federal matter.
Barr claiming there’s no fraud takes it directly to military tribunals, bypassing civil law. What can be better?
We are already witnessing the run-up to the disclosure of fraud and foreign interference prior to the December 14th electoral college vote. Fraud vitiates everything and annuls the Biden candidacy; foreign interference makes this a matter of military law. You are going to see a mass treason event and huge numbers of people brought to justice. This wasn’t really an election; it was a military intelligence sting operation against a corrupt establishment.
