The Rishon Letzion, Rav Yitzchok Yosef, launched a scathing attack on visitors to the Har Habayis, particularly MK Itamar Ben Gvir, who ignore the halachic opinion of all leading poskim.
“Who forbade entrance to the Har Habayis? All the great men of the generation,” said Rav Yosef.
“Everyone forbade entrance to the Har Habayis…. There is one person who they call ‘Ben Gvir.’ He enters the Har Habayis blatantly. What a chillul Hashem against the gedolei Yisroel.”
Rav Yosef spoke of those who claim: “I also have a rabbi.”
“Think for a moment,” he said. “Is your rov like all these rabbonim? It is all the gedolei harabbonim who forbade it.”
“… More than 100 rabbonim have signed against ascending the Har Habayis.”

I’m not taking sides here. But was is the Halacha? Where does it say we are not permitted to enter the Har Hanayis?
And who says the Golden Dome was the actual location?
