Democrats will have a larger majority in the US House of Representatives, two Republican statewide elected officials will lose their jobs, and there will be no Pennsylvania General Assembly to select electors. The Biden electors will have their votes counted because they are the ones certified by the Governor.

That statement is NOT true. This is NOT about overturning elections. This is about disqualifying those mail-in votes that were not suppose to be counted but were counted anyway. Except for the position of President of the United States, basically the same people won anyway whether or not the mail-votes are counted, so disqualifying illegal mail-in votes has no affect on any other part of the election except for that of the President.
