or do you demand they follow the will of the people , win which case Hillary won.

I think it’s funny how Tucker Carlson is saying that the American people have spoken. Yes they have. They have spoken for Hillary Clinton. She won the popular vote. So any elector who doesn’t give their vote to Hillary is going against the popular vote.
