The original builder of Hopal Lane laid out plots for where he intended to build but did not correct the deeds to the actual boundary HE POINTED OUT and which my parents AND the neighbor followed for OVER 50 YEARS. According to both Halacha and NY State law the land belongs to my parents. The crooked corrupt Town of Ramapo ignored the County’ds instruction the dispute should first be adjudicated before granting any permits. The ones hurting a Jew, specifically an almanah, are 1) the ungrateful neighbor whio disregarded Bar Metzra 2) the buyer who ignored the halachos of Chazaka and now suborned perjury in suing my mother 3) the “frum” town officials who disregarded all of the above
