WEAPON UP: Stolin Instructs to Carry Guns Amid Current Terror Wave

After yesterday’s Palestinian terror attack in Elad that claimed the lives of three Yidden, rabbonim of the Stoliner kehillah in Eretz Yisroel instructed all owners of guns to carry their weapons during the current terror wave.
