President Trump’s top spokesperson said the aftermath of the mass shooting in Las Vegas is not the time to restart a debate over the nation’s gun laws.
“There’s a time and place for a political debate, but now is the time to unite as a country,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters on Monday.
Pressed about whether it’s appropriate to discuss new gun laws, Sanders said “it would be premature for us to discuss policy” when all the facts of Sunday night’s shooting are not yet known.
“I think there will be certainly time for that political discussion to take place,” she said. “But that’s not the place that we are in at the moment.” Read more at The Hill.

How long will it be before Adam Schiff blames President Trump for the massacre?
No. Limiting guns only encourages these lone cowards.
Imagine if everyone at the concert we’re armed! I doubt the shooting would have even happened in the first place.
The more guns in the hands of like minded people. I.e. the people that lined up to donate blood, the less terror attacks we’ll have.
Even if everyone at the concert was armed, it wouldn’t deter a shooter in the 32nd floor of the hotel opposite. Handguns would not have the range, and I doubt anyone would allow people to walk around with high powered rifles on their backs.
