White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer apologized for saying that Nazi leader Adolf Hitler did not use chemical weapons during World War II, while trying to shame Syrian leader Bashar Assad for carrying out a gas attack, The Hill reports.

“Frankly, I mistakenly used an inappropriate and insensitive reference to the Holocaust, for which frankly there is no comparison,” Spicer told CNN. “For that I apologize, it was a mistake to do that.”
While Hitler is believed not to have used chemical weapons on the battlefield, the Nazis used Zyklon B and other types of chemical poison to kill Jews in gas chambers in concentration camps.

  1. This such ridiculous nit-picking that it borders on the absurd! Technically, Spicer is correct. Hitler ym”sh did NOT use chemical weapons on his own people… the operative word being “weapons.” That is in no way a denial of the fact that the Nazis did gas Yidden as the looney lefties are trying to make it seem. And to try to stretch this into a broader “Holocaust Denial” is a perfect example of how some on the left have become totally UNHINGED.

Returning to the phrase “his own people” in Spicer’s comment, which also has them all screeching. We are not now nor were then part of the German (or Polish, etc.) “people,” as much as the assimilationists tried (and still try) to convince us. This is what Yiddishkeit teaches us. We were NOT “Germans of the Mosaic persuasion.” We are a people that dwells alone! We were and are a separate people! BTW, this was and remains a central message of Zionism. Do these same lefties rag on BooBoo Nuttinonya or Nutbag Shandansky or Abigdope Loonieman, for example, when they say the same thing?
