White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders today tweeted out two photos of newly-confirmed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un from their April meeting, the Daily Best reports.
“Great to have Secretary Pompeo confirmed. He will do an excellent job helping @POTUS lead our efforts to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula,” she tweeted. President Trump said this week that he believes “we have a chance of doing something very special, with respect to North Korea” during his summit with the North Korean leader this summer.
