President Donald Trump’s long-awaited healthcare plan will be rolled out before the Nov. 3 presidential election and will substantially lower health care costs “through executive action,” says White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.
“It’s ready, we’ve been making a number of tweaks and modifications,” Meadows told reporters Tuesday at the White House, attributing the delay to a deeper examination of the plan’s legislative components.
