On Sunday evening, Israel’s War Cabinet convened to deliberate the potential extension of the ceasefire with Hamas, aiming to facilitate the release of additional hostages.
This discussion unfolded in anticipation of the imminent release of the fourth batch of hostages on Monday, marking the concluding release according to the initial agreement.
As per a report from The Wall Street Journal, mediators are currently engaged in talks considering the extension of the ceasefire. The proposal involves releasing a minimum of 20 additional women and children, who were previously abducted to the Gaza Strip, and the subsequent release of more Palestinian Arab prisoners by Israel. Sources in Egypt suggest that after the release of women and children, Hamas plans to release elderly men, followed by the bodies of deceased hostages.
Earlier reports indicated Hamas’s willingness to prolong the ceasefire by four days, releasing ten hostages daily in return. Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu affirmed Israel’s readiness to extend the ceasefire, emphasizing the release of ten hostages per day. In a conversation with US President Joe Biden, Netanyahu outlined the broader objectives, stating, “At the end of the outline, we will go to realizing our goals with full force: Eliminating Hamas, ensuring that Gaza will not go back to being what it was and – of course – releasing all of our hostages.”
On the same day, following the release of the latest group of Israeli hostages and foreign nationals from Hamas captivity, President Biden expressed the United States’ desire to extend the ceasefire. In his address, Biden declared, “We will not stop working until every one of the hostages is returned to their loved ones.”

Based the updated report:
Qatar’s prime minister says that more than 40 women and children held hostage in Gaza are not believed to be held by Hamas.
“We don’t yet have any clear information how many they can find because . . . one of the purposes [of the pause] is they [Hamas] will have time to search for the rest of the missing people.”
Give an extra 3/4 of a day and confuse them completely. Destroy. Otherwise it’s just them running shenanigans and buying time that will cost lives. The other side of this is the hostages will be disposed of. The girls they can’t track are being sold and used like the Yazidi girls were. If they’re even in Gaza anymore.
Flood the tunnels and say you followed Egypt’s example. What will Sissi say?
We need 40,000 Hamas casualties stat! They’ll come streaming out the tunnels and you only have to shoot them on exit.
For God’s sake! Will the leadership put on a pair of pants and stop sniveling! This is the only way to deal with a bully hell bent on shooting you. Mercy will rack up the body count and destroy the country. There’s a God given obligation of self defense.
Kill and destroy the enemy forces. Done.
