This is utterly insane. They don’t have enough time to do it. It needs to go to committee. The person needs to be vetted. There are debates within the committee. Even if it passes the committee, it still has to come to the Senate where Even though they currently have a small majority, there are probably enough Democrats who would not go along with this. Even so, it would be stopped by Republicans.
