Snow and sleet are expected to break out across the region late Sunday morning and spread northeast, NBC News reports.
With holiday travelers and Monday commuters heading into work in mind, New York City’s Emergency Management issued a travel advisory for Sunday and Monday. Commuters have been encouraged to take mass transit if possible.
How much powder falls in your area is very much a function of how far north you are. Coastal areas could see 1 to 3 inches of snow, and New York City could see 3 to 4 inches, Storm Team 4 says.
