palestinian-attack-shiloachPalestinian Authority terrorists continued their attacks on innocent Jewish motorists over Yom Kippur, this time attacking a woman in labor and her husband as they rushed to the hospital. The husband, Ariel Goldman of Pnei Kedem, told Arutz Sheva that the two were lucky to escape with their lives.

Their ordeal began near Har Choma at 2:30 a.m., as they drove to Hadassah Ein Karem hospital in Yerushalayim. Suddenly, they encountered a point in the road that had been blocked by large stones.

As Goldman slowed the car, looking for a way around the trap, several Palestinian Authority terrorists jumped out and began to hurl rocks at the car.

The attack turned into a game of cat and mouse, as Goldman looked for ways around the rocks and tried to keep moving, while the terrorists followed the car and continued to pelt it with heavy stones, using a tactic that recently resulted in two deaths near Chevron.

The terrorists “had murder in their eyes,” Goldman said.

He finally managed to pass the stone barrier and speed away from the group of attackers, only to encounter a second group that attempted to stone the car near the Yerushalayim neighborhood of Talpiot. Goldman managed to speed away a second time.

A policewoman he later encountered appeared uninterested by his story, but promised to notify her superiors, he said.

Ariel Goldman and his wife managed to reach the hospital, where she gave birth to a baby boy. Both the baby and mother are in good condition.

  1. All there is to say about these vultures (and their supposed to be the new neighborhood state) ‘yimach shmom v’zichrom’,

  2. This episode was horrible and thank you for sharing. Calling the terrorists “Palestinian Authority” implies that they were members of the government or security. This doesn’t look to be the case. I’m not defending the PA chas v’shalom, this just appears to be a factual error in the post. Please correct.

  3. Where are the security automobiles that should be surveying these areas? Would assume that on Yom Kippur it is hard to find those that can do defense duty.

  4. The Palestinians should not be allowed into Israel proper. And no settlements should have their reaching roads going through Pale territories. Chayis get put into a cage and if it’s not possible, then you simply don’t drive amongst them. And if this is simply impossible, then the through roads should have walls. There isn’t a heter to drive through dangerous areas all because you wanna make a political statement. Showing you own Eretz Yisroel simply can’t take presidence over jewish life. If in a dangerous situation one is allowed to eat on yom kipur then certainly one should not danger oneself by living or driving through areas where chayis live. Even if you consider it a mitzva. You wouldn’t fast on yom kipur if the rabbi told you you’re risking your life doing this, even though it’s a massive mitzva You don’t make a political statement or show your bailis on Eretz Yisroel when you prove yourself to chayis that will die to harm you even if it means loosing everything they own. They are no different then lions who dont take anything into consideration. So what political statement or deed of ownership are these people proving. Would you go over to a lion and say I own this area so please leave it? You’d be wasting your time!

  5. The arabs only understand ‘strength’. By the insane policies now in Israel, it only emboldens them to do what they do best – retzicha. They see Israel as weak today in its belief of its rights of being the true inheritors of the Land of Israel, so that naturally gives them the go-ahead to continue their terrorism. Blessed be the holy yidden who live in Yehudah/Shomron and who are giving protection to the rest of the country and may Hashem protect them always. Baruch Hashem, this couple got out in one piece.

  6. “A policewoman he later encountered appeared uninterested by his story, but promised to notify her superiors, he said.”

She should be investigated immediatly & if found to be true, she should fired! What kind of crazy behaviour is this by someone who is supposed to “protect”?!
