Elyashiv Eliyahu, an 18-year-old student at the Nachalas Yaakov Yeshiva in Teveriah, was told by his trainer that he had become Israel’s junior champion weight lifter by developing the ability to raise three times his 150 pound body weight.
Like many similar institutions in Israel, Nachalas Yaakov Yeshiva was founded to help bochurim who cannot find their way in regular yeshivos and provides them with a framework where they can learn Torah, study for matriculation, and indulge in hobbies in their spare time. Many go on to study in regular yeshivos.
Eliyahu’s next challenge will be representing Israel in a European championship due to take place in Serbia within a few months.

Good kid. His veteran status will be Hashems humor in the days he just has vast limitation by the ages he may be so blessed to help. This is quite a feat.
Sounds like any regular Mesifta in America.
