Former Vice President Dick Cheney doesn’t twice about the torture tactics used by the CIA to ascertain questionable intelligence.

“I’d do it again in a minute,” he told Chuck Todd on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday. “Torture is what the al Qaeda terrorists did to 3,000 Americans on 9/11,” Cheney told host Chuck Todd. While he admitted rectal feeding was not an approved interrogation tactic, he said he didn’t think it was a form of torture but done rather for “medical reasons.”

He also defended waterboarding because “the way we did it, was in fact not torture.” In fact, Cheney did more than defend the highly controversial and brutal tactics, saying the CIA interrogators should be “praised” and “decorated.” Read more at National Journal.

  1. What was 9/11? I asked several thousand Americans and they said they couldn’t remember either.
Dick, please elaborate more when you give references to little-known events.

  2. CIA interrogators should be praised and decorated

I agree with him! They kept America safe. We are still benefiting from their methods. Who cannot remember the scene of people jumping to their deaths on that bitter day 13 years ago! They weren’t tortured?! WE weren’t tortured?!

The animals that did that had every intention on trying to repeat it and trying to do a lot worse, C”V. They had to be stopped at all costs. They have to be stopped at all costs!
