Renovations are underway at the Bobover Bais Medrash in Boro Park, Brooklyn.
After many years, the flooring of the large bais medrash is being replaced as part of the project.
The place where the Bobover Rebbe, Rav Shlomo zt”l, stood in the bais medrash is not being replaced; the flooring at that spot will remain.
The work is being done specifically during the summer, when many of the Chassidim are away in the Catskills, so that the renovations will cause minimal disturbances to members of the kehillah.

Love the idea of leaving the space of where the Bobover Rebbe, Rav Shlomo zt”l, stood in the bais medrash is not being replaced; the flooring at that spot will remain.
Reminds me of the Posuk “המקום אשר אתה עומד עליו אדמת קודש”
I asked the mexican not to שטער מוון מקום קבוע, איך הוף דער גוי פארשטייט וואס איך מיין.
