Yerushalayim: Boy Passes Away After Fall at Ramot Talmud Torah

It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Nesanel Yechya z”l, a eleven-year-old boy who passed away after falling through a shaft of stairs at Talmud Torah Shaarei Daas in Ramot, Yerushalayim.

The incident took place a half hour before the conclusion of Shabbos. Nesanel fell from a height of about four floors. Paramedics applied medical treatment and resuscitation efforts, taking Nesanel in critical condition to Shaare Tzedek Hospital. He passed away shortly afterwards.

Nesanel was a student at the Talmud Torah in Ramot. His father, who works as a taxi driver is a mispallel at the Magen Avos shul in Ramot.

The levayah was held after midnight on Har Hamenuchos in Yerushalayim, where kevurah took place.
