Israel is looking into the possibility of reopening its decimated tourism sector starting August 1, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said.
Netanyahu specified that this depends on how well Israel is coping with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and on the Health Ministry’s reported figures.
He added that Greece and Cyprus will be among the first destinations to be given a green light on “the day when the skies open up.”
