President Donald Trump vowed on Sunday that more “breathtaking” documents indicating the involvement in the Russia probe of both the Obama administration and the Hillary Clinton campaign will be released in the near future.
Speaking on Fox’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” the president said that “documents are being released at a level now that nobody’s ever seen before. Things that nobody thought were going to get released have been released and you’re seeing it all the time. You see what’s going on. We caught them cold, we have them cold.”
Trump told the show’s host Maria Bartiromo, “Wait until you see what’s coming out,” adding that “other documents are going to be released, Maria, which are breathtaking.”
When asked if the new evidence about to be released would concern the role of the FBI or Clinton, Trump said “It’s about everything. Hillary Clinton is ‘Crooked Hillary.’ I don’t call her ‘Crooked Hillary’ for nothing.”
