Yehudis Bukshin was only a pre-teen when she lost her mother to brain cancer. Like any child who experiences trauma that momentous, she was forced to become her own parent in many ways. Thus began her journey of fending for herself, working in kindergartens and making a happier future for herself. Grief which seemed long buried, however, has come rushing back with her recent engagement. It is a vulnerable time, a time when most rely on the guidance & support of a mother figure. Yehudis is on her own and she has the following message to relay:
