Jewish Democrats Call Out Colleagues For ‘Antisemitic’ Statements On Israel

Four Jewish House Democrats called out their congressional colleagues for what they said were antisemitic remarks relating to Israel and the Holocaust.

In a letter sent Tuesday to US President Joe Biden condemning the rise of antisemitism sparked by Israel’s recent conflict with Hamas, the representatives said that “elected officials have used reckless, irresponsible antisemitic rhetoric.”

The signers of the letter include Dean Phillips of Minnesota, Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey, Elaine Luria of Virginia, and Kathy Manning of North Carolina.
