It is with deep sorrow that Matzav.com reports the tragic passing of Efraim Rubin z”l, who lost his life in a car accident. He was just 13 years old.
The incident occurred this afternoon when a vehicle lost control and struck Efraim at the intersection of Overlook Drive and High Mountain Road in Pomona, NY.
Despite the prompt arrival of Hatzolah, efforts to revive Efraim were unsuccessful.
The accident is currently under investigation.
