The Boro Park Shomrim released footage showing a livid motorist letting out his anger on a Jewish school bus yesterday morning.
The school bus made a turn on a Boro Park street and the motorist tried to cut off the bus in the inclement weather.
Mad that the bus had turned into his lane, the man got out of his car and started banging on the bus, vandalizing it, all while children were on the bus.
The incident was reported to the police, who are investigating.

According to the video the suv had more than enough time to slow down, He was just going too fast.

There are times that I feel like I would do the same the way those busses treat the rest of us. Those drivers think they own the roads. Only the children have to get to school – nobody else has to get to work.

The bus did NOT make an illegal turn! One is allowed to make a left turn onto 14th Avenue from there. 14th Avenue is a one way street. That is the ONLY turn a driver is allowed to make! SUV was speeding and may have run the red light at the previous intersection. And the turn the bus made is a very sharp angle and it’s impossible for a bus to make it without going all the way across the street.

Good question. And furthermore, was the SUV driver wearing a disposable mask when he smashed the windshield? Was his nose covered completely with a disposable mask? We can’t have a thug with a bat, commiting road rage without wearing a disposable mask. Someone could be killed from his spreading germs.
I’m not condoning the behavior of the gentleman however the bus driver did something wrong here. So if the video is going to be turned over on behalf of the bus driver, the bus driver needs to be dealt with accordingly.

first of al,l the video starts when the bus is clearly half way into the intersection, so please explain how exactly did you come to the conclusion that the bus jumped a stop sign?
secondly, you can clearly see in the footage that the suv was in the left lane with more then enough clearance to stop & yield to the bus unless he was speeding like a maniac (which he clearly is )
Thirdly, he recklessly veers to the right lane almost striking down 2 innocent pedestrians
Fourthly, if you are familiar in the area where the incident occurred, given the position of the bus & the suv it appears that the suv just crossed the intersection and the bus did move into the street safely & carefully!

The bus driver did nothing wrong. He started his turn with plenty of time. The maniac driving the SUV was going much faster than the Vision Zero 25 mph, and in bad slippery weather. Your hatred for those Yidden that live in Boro Park is a terrible stain on your soiled neshama.
