Vice President Kamala Harris was tagged by Community Notes on Monday after making a false claim about former President Donald Trump’s stance on abortion rights.

“Donald Trump would ban abortion nationwide,” Harris’ X account posted. “President [Joe Biden] and I will do everything in our power to stop him and restore women’s reproductive freedom.”

Harris was quickly corrected by Community Notes, which said “President Trump has repeatedly said he will not sign a national abortion ban.” Five sources were listed.

In addition to the note, Elon Musi asked in response to Harris’ post “When will politicians, or at least the intern who runs their account, learn that lying on this platform doesn’t work anymore?”

Trump has repeatedly claimed that he will leave abortion rights up to the states and will not sign a nationwide ban.

“I put three great Supreme Court justices on the court and they happened to vote in favor of killing Roe v. Wade and moving it back to the states. This is something that everybody wanted,” Trump said at last week’s presidential debate. “Now the states are working it out.”

“I believe in the exceptions. I am a person that believes, and frankly, I think it is important to believe in the exceptions,” Trump said. “Some people, you have to follow your heart, some people don’t believe in that. But I believe in the exceptions for rape, incest and the life of the mother. I think it’s very important.”

The caption under the picture of Elon musk claims from the Washington Compost that ince 2019, the world’s five wealthiest people, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk, have almost doubled their wealth, while nearly 5 billion people have become poorer….”

Unfortunately for you, that’s not the way wealth works. There is no limit on wealth. If somebody makes a dollar, that does not mean somebody else is losing a dollar. Just because someone became richer doesn’t mean that someone else, correspondingly, became poorer. That’s a major major major fallacy!
