Ten Israelis tourists were hurt in an anti-Semitic attack at an Argentinian hostel. Three assailants burned, beat, and robbed the Israelis who were staying at the Onda Azul hostel in Lago Puelo. They threw Molotov cocktails and stones and shot guns at the hostel, according to Argentinian Radio Continental.
The attack occurred over several hours from 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. on Monday morning. “They shouted, ‘Go, [expletive] Jews, you [expletive] Jews are robbing us’ in the Patagonia region,” said hostel owner Sergio Polak.
The hostel, which has temporarily shut down, specifically advertises to Israeli tourists with a Hebrew-language Facebook page. Read more.
