Multiple Bodies From AirAsia Found at Sea

airasia1Authorities found a number of bodies floating in the Java Sea on Tuesday, just six miles from where AirAsia’s Flight 8501 disappeared three days earlier, according to National Search and Rescue Director SB Supriyadi.

Indonesian navy spokesman Manahan Simorangkir told Agence France-Presse that 40 bodies had been recovered and that the number was growing. AirAsia also confirmed that debris discovered in the Karimata Strait is from the plane.

Search and rescue teams discovered the bodies after several pieces of red, white, and black debris were spotted off the coast of Borneo island.

AirAsia CEO Tony Fenandes tweeted, “My heart is filled with sadness for all the families involved in QZ 8501. On behalf of AirAsia my condolences to all. Words cannot express how sorry I am.”

  1. Funny, when a tragedy does not involve frum Yidden, the comments section is eerily silent. They we complain why goyim don’t care about us when we have trouble caring about them.

  2. MR Eli i don’t get how you could be so quick to criticize your fellow Jew. and we the Jewish nation do care, as every life matters a billion. (i don’t know if you know that…)
so it is extremely rude and a shame to god when you go and blame your fellow Jews because we are more caring people. whenever there is national tragedy somewhere in the world who is one of the first nations to offer its aid??
isreal of course-that is the Jew-you have no right to say such a coarse comment, you should no better.

  3. Dearest Eli,

If you think the goyim will care about us, you are slightly delusional.

The umos haolam have a long long history of apathy (and worse…) toward the Am Yehudi. It’s not about to change because we say ‘nebach’ on Air Asia.

    I think you know that.
