President Donald Trump responded to LaVar Ball on Sunday via Twitter, after Ball downplayed Trump’s involvement in getting LiAngelo Ball and two other UCLA Bruins basketball players back to the United States last week.

“Who?” LaVar Ball told ESPN on Friday, when asked about Trump’s involvement in the matter. “What was he over there for? Don’t tell me nothing. Everybody wants to make it seem like he helped me out.”

Trump’s Twitter response: “Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!”

  1. Wow. A good day with Trump is another skewer to throw into the fire. Yes we have a nation. No we do not need a PAPA. Trump is about as interesting as Stalin when it comes to humor and good cooperative spirit in office. Papa Trump to the rescue. Did our national agenda advance at all?

    Rap it in folks.

  2. Regardless of what you as a fardurbineh liberal think of the Pres, if the Pres mentioned your piece of lowlife trash kid’s name to the Chinese leader AND your kid comes home so he could continue his miserable life of crime domestically, YOU THANK THE PRESIDENT and don’t be an ingrate!
