The maximum price of 95 octane gasoline at self-service pumps in Israel have fallen NIS 0.27 to NIS 5.69 today, Globes reports.

This is the second consecutive month that gasoline prices have fallen in Israel following a sharp fall in oil prices on world markets.

The price of fuel in Israel is set according to the price in the last four days of the month at Lavera in France. 65% of the price paid at the pumps in Israel for gasoline is tax.

  1. Twenty seven agurot per liter is hardly “plumetting.” It still leaves us paying over $6 a gallon. That’s among the highest in the world.
