Groundbreaking Project Transformer of Rav Miller’s Shiurim is Launched

rav-miller[Video below.] Project Transformer, which will captivate and fill the mind with wonderful life enhancing insights from the world renowned Rav Avigdor Miller zt”l, has been launced.

After years of effort, the entire Rav Avigdor Miller lecture library – consisting of over 1,900 spellbinding lectures – is now available in one simple format, on the Rav Avigdor Miller iPod. After years of effort, all the lectures have been transferred to MP3 format.

ncluded in this library are the world famous Thursday night lectures and the entire Mussar series, which includes all the Rabbi Miller mussar classics.

Rav Miller influenced – and continues to influence – untold number of people. His pure and sage advice was sought after worldwide. The Thursday night lectures were a virtual kaleidoscope of the Jewish population. Business people, teachers, rabbeim, chassidim, Sefardim, scholars and beginners all drank thirstily from the Torah of Rav Miller.

Even now, almost ten years after his passing, the thirst for these lectures is still growing. Audio cassette tapes are today almost obsolete and those who amassed these tapes are truly on the verge of being left out in the cold. From the originators of recorded audio, Rav Miller has been the travel companion of many. With the lack of tape recorders in cars, people are left with a void.

Today, these treasures – all the lectures, including the classic mussar library, such as Chovos Halevavos, Mesilas Yesharim and much more – are available on an iPod,  literally in one’s palm. All the topics are indexed and easily accessed.

In this auspicious time before Yom Kippur, when we all pray for a good year, the producers of these lectures are grateful to an anonymous donor for his kindness in making this entire library available to all. With his generosity, the iPod is now available at a significantly reduced price of $1800, discounted from the usual price of $2500. It was further stipulated that this much sought after treasure should be offered with very convenient payment plans so as to enable the greatest accessibility of the iPod. This special iPod can be gotten for regular payments of just $3.

Rabbonim have stated that this purchase may be made with ma’aser monies. To order, or for more details, contact Rabbi Yehuda Brog at Yeshiva Gedolah Bais Yisroel at 718-258-7400 or 917-662-1619, or email

  1. Out of curiosity, why can this be purchased with ma’aser money (whereas, for example, seforim for personal use cannot)?

    The Wolf

  2. I emailed them and asked who gave the psak that it can be purchased with maaser money and was told Rabbi Belsky.
As far as personal seforim, IIRQ if you note in the sefer that it was purchased with maaser money and it is avaliable for lending then you are ok. If you want to save up all your maaser and then take a year off to learn, I remember seeing somewhere that it is a good use of maaser money, why would a sefer be different?

  3. These quotes from the ad should anwer some of the questions above.
1)As per the ruling of Rabbonim The Rabbi Miller lecture iPod may be obtained with Ma’aser monies. Additionally, all proceeds go to fund the daily operation of Yeshiva Gedolah Bais Yisroel a 501 (c) 3 organization. 2)In the interest that this much sought after treasure be made affordable so as to enable the greatest accessibility, convenient payment plans are available. We suggest a $300 first payment with $100 monthly payments afterwards.
For more details or a different arrangement please contact R’ Yehuda Brog @ Yeshiva Gedolah Bais Yisroel 718-258-7400 or 917-662 1619 or

If you think about it, it’s less than $1 per shiur!

  4. It’s worth every penny! I bought it and have never looked back. You can pay just $3 a day and you’ll pay it off befre you know it. It will be the best money you ever spent in your life

  6. I recently ordered the Rav Miller iPod, and received it last week. The timing was excellent, because I had to take a long distance train (round trip) the next day. Rav Miller’s shiurim made my commute go by very quickly.

It’s hard to believe that I ever managed without this treasure. Now, I listen to Rav Miller’s Shiurim while taking my daily walk. At the end of the day, after learning with my Chavrusah, I have a seder where I learn Sefer Mesilas Yesharim while listening to Rav Miller’s line-by-line explanations. Somehow, my Mussar seder fell by the wayside after I left Yeshiva, but Boruch Hashem, I’m back with the program!

Think of the Rav Miller iPod as an opportunity to have a Gadol b’Yisrael as your personal Rebbe. I highly recommend it as an opportunity to greatly improve your life, both in this world and the next.
