-L’chatchila one should recite the 100 berachos himself. Nevertheless, the berachos of Kiddush (and Havdalah, Megillah, Shofar, Kos shel Beracha) may also be relied upon L’chatchila for one’s count of 100 even if one is only answering Amen to another’s beracha because these berachos were established by Chazal as individual berachos that are regularly made in this fashion. -Bidieved one may rely upon the berachos made on the Torah and Haftorah adding an additional 27 berachos on Shabbos (14 from 7 olim at Shachris; 2 from Maftir; five from the Haftorah; and 6 at Mincha). Finally, if these are insufficient, or if one missed these berachos, one may Bidieved rely upon answering Amen to the berachos of the repetition of Shmona Esrei by the Shliach Tzibbur.
