yuval steinitzAfter U.S. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz told a delegation of Israeli reporters that if he were Israeli, he would support the nuclear deal with Iran, Israel’s Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz said that “if I were American, I would oppose the agreement.”

“I would oppose the agreement because it ensures from the start that 10 years from now, Iran will become a nuclear power capable of producing dozens of atomic bombs per month….”

Steinitz added, “I would oppose the agreement because, even in the short term, inspections are not immediate, or invasive enough, as was promised from the start….I would oppose the agreement because it hurts the national security of the U.S., of Israel and of all the Western nations.”

  1. And, he likely added, that to accept a country who hasn’t proven it’s ability to keep a word it promises to do, is outright wrong! I can’t get a credit card or a loan – just some few dollars – until I can prove my creditworthiness. Iran continues day in, day out to back out of every agreement it accepted. Yet the money they’ll get! Hey, with this administration they might even be nominated to sit on the security council at the UN – the Ultimate Nonsense!
