Not one of 80 chareidim who applied for maintenance jobs in the Knesset got a job despite a new law pushed through by MK Moshe Gafni which requires affirmative action in civil service jobs.

Ironically, a chareidi woman who applied and was rejected got a maintenance job in the Knesset through an external contracting company.

MK Yisroel Eichler asked Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein to look into the issue.
