Paul Ryan: Trump’s Plan Is ‘Not Conservatism’

paul ryanRepublican House Speaker Paul Ryan has roundly denounced GOP primary frontrunner Donald Trump’s proposal to ban all Muslim immigrants from the United States.

“This is not conservatism. What was proposed yesterday is not what this party stands for, and, more importantly, it’s not what this country stands for,” Ryan said Tuesday on Capitol Hill. “Not only are there many Muslims serving in our armed forces dying for this country, there are Muslims serving right here in the House working every day to uphold and to defend the Constitution.” Read more at ABC.

  1. Trump in his rhetoric is sounding fascistic.Originally, Trump possibly was somewhat of a breath of fresh air. He was willing to outright blast what all the others were tiptoeing and prancing around thereby pushing the acceptable boundaries of [false] political standards and debate. But now he just keeps going and going too far( ,and is having the opposite effect!)

  2. In the beginning, Trump , arguably was getting some of the ‘disenfranchised’ to get involved and engaged,

but now he’s is damaging and hurting the GOP

In the recent Canadian Election,in part due to his an increasingly anti moslem stances [cheered and egged on largely by jews ]Stephen Harper tanked !

  3. Cohen, it’s a shame you don’t understand anything other than what the leftist media feeds you. Trump turned on no one. Only a stupid leftist, who if he has any brain, buries it deep in the sand and believes that there’s no such a thing as radical muslim extremism that equals terrorism. Trump says, and rightly so, keep the people living here safe. Did you hear about san bernadino? Paris? Boston? All he says is keep the crazies out, and if it means banning muslims from immigrating “till we can figure this out” (end quote) then so be it. What does that have to do with going after Jews? I find it hard to believe you’ve got a brain in your head!
