2:24 a.m. EST: Police have identified a possible suspect in the Garden State Plaza mall shooting in Paramus, NJ, late last night. Richard R. Shoop, a 20 year old of Teaneck, has been identified as a possible suspect.
Law enforcement agencies believe Shoop may still be in the vicinity of the mall this morning, and possibly still on the mall campus.
Shoop, according to the sources, is employed at a restaurant in Teaneck.
