Ray Kelly Says US Should Brace For More Possible Terror Attacks

Former NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly warned Sunday Americans should brace for more ISIS-inspired bloodbaths like last week’s Halloween truck attack in lower Manhattan.

The former commish called the lone wolf attacks “difficult to defend against,” noting that bollards can be effective, and costly.
