Rav Yaakov Leizer,
the Pshevorsker Rebbe, also known as RebYankele of Antwerp (1907-1999). Born in Galicia, he became a follower of the Koloshitzer Rebbe, Rav Chuna Halberstam, in 1926. He and his family were shipped to Siberia until the end of WW2. After the war, he traveled to America, Paris, and Antwerp.

He was a Talmid of ten dovid tzvi seeman,also known as reb tevele from dukla who wrote the Sefer minchas soles on the minchas chinuch
