Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian on Sunday evening who, together with an associate, had cut the security fence near Qalqilyah area of the northern West Bank and burned a tire, the Israeli army said. In a separate incident, in the Jordan Valley, the Israeli reported that Israeli forces shot a Palestinian in the leg after allegedly trying to evade troops in his vehicle.
