Drama unfolded this morning in the Geulah neighborhood of Yerushalayim as dozens of people scoured the contents of a fully loaded garbage truck in search of a small diamond ring.

The search began after a future kallah accidentally threw her engagement ring, worth over $9,300, into a garbage can.

According to the family, the ring was caught on a trash bag, which was thrown into the bin.

The family addressed the general public and asked them to search for the ring. No word yet on whether it was found.

  1. Citizenship issues. The diamond will indeed be forever. The bad trash compactor has no more blessings.

This is very unfortunate. Lets hope they are reunited with the hope.

Bill the bottom of the nightly mild hope for humor. Story of the week unfortunately.
