Zuckerberg Blasts Obama, NSA


mark-zuckerbergIran’s got nothing on the powerful enemy the U.S. government just made: Mark Zuckerberg. The Facebook founder wrote a public note on his page berating the widespread Internet surveillance practiced by the administration and its agencies.

“When our engineers work tirelessly to improve security, we imagine we’re protecting you against criminals, not our own government,” he wrote. “The US government should be the champion for the internet, not a threat.”

Zuckerberg also noted that he had called President Obama “to express my frustration,” but it appears “it will take a very long time for true full reform.” Read more at Facebook.

  1. Zuckerberg’s Facebook allows the worst kind of hate speech against Jews. I and others have repeatedly complained through proper channels and nobody I know has ever managed to get them to delete a hate site.
