Miami-Dade officials say rescue teams have recovered another 8 victims of the tragic Surfside condominium building collapse, bringing the confirmed death toll from the incident to 54.
An additional 86 people remain unaccounted for.
Officials said that search teams will transition from a rescue mission to a recovery mission at 7 PM tonight, after they determined that there cannot be any survivors beneath the rubble.
