The Erlauer Rebbe is in critical condition at Hadassah Medical Center in Ein Kerem, where he has been since being admitted for pneumonia this past Shabbod.
A member of the Moetzes Gedolei Hatorah of Agudas Yisroel in Eretz Yisroel, the Rebbe, who is 92, has experienced continuous weakness. Doctors say that there has been a significant deterioration in the medical condition of the Rebbe over the last few hours as he battled a rise in blood pressure, pneumonia, and other ailments.
Family and close Chassidim remain gathered at the hospital, davening for the Rebbe’s recovery.
All are asked to daven for Rav Yochanan ben Toshna.
